There is no refund or return on orders except in the cases of :
1) In the event of a manufacturing defect.
2) In the event of an incorrect item supplied.
3) In the event of damage during transit (with proper unboxing video shared to the brand)
4) In the events of COD orders, only replacement is applicable and no refunds.
Cancellation:
Customers can cancel the order only before the order has been dispatched/shipped or within 24 hours of placing the order, if the same has not already been dispatched/shipped. Once the order has been dispatched/shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
