Once you have placed an order, you will receive a message and an email confirming the same.

No, you cannot modify the items in your order. However, you can place a new order for items you want, in case you want to remove certain items, contact us at orders@oscarperfumes.com

You can track your order on Shiprocket Courier/Order Tracking – Track Orders & Shipments using your order number, AWB & mobile, number.

We try to deliver your order as soon as possible. However, it usually takes up to 5-7 working days to get it delivered. Unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, etc may take longer.

Yes, the brand reserves the right to change/withdraw/cancel/revoke any offer without prior information or knowledge to the customer.

You can cancel the order only before the order has been dispatched/shipped or within 24 hours of placing the order, if the same has not already been dispatched/shipped.
